At around 25 weeks (6 months) pre-natal Yoga can lower stress levels, and prepare your body and mind for delivery. This class will be personalized for your body. You are welcome to have additional (non-prenatal) loved ones participate in your classes for support. Post natal classes provide support to your body, can help you connect with your baby and eventually will work into restoring your core strength. Class includes 15 minutes of preparation and 30 minutes of Yoga. Price includes travel up to 20 miles. Additional rates may apply.
