Flow with Emily in this 50 min long outdoor Yoga class (poolside) overlooking the beautiful Higher Ground Animal Sanctuary view.
Relax, breathe and visit with all different kinds of farm life that sometimes visit during class. Then if you like, take a dip in the pool or spend the afternoon exploring the sanctuary and Green Bluff.
ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME!
Ticket proceeds go towards supporting local area animals in need, and continuing our Higher Ground yoga program.
