As many of you know, we usually offer donation based yoga event at Higher Ground Animal Sanctuary all year long. This year has really thrown us for a curve, as it has to the sanctuary and the animals that live there. Now more than ever they need our support to continue the good work they do, rescuing, adopting and providing medical care for local animals in need. 

We have decided to continue our push to support the sanctuary with this virtual event! Even easier than before you can join us via SKYPE for this gentle and calming yoga class. We may not be able to be with the sanctuary dogs, but your pets and kiddos will surely join you at home! Take time for you this holiday season and join us!
