Use the power of sound to bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of well-being to your mind, body, and spirit. This class is indoors, when you arrive you will find your own personal relaxation space. Each participant will have a Yoga mat, blanket and pillow to make the most of this relaxing experience. (You may also bring your own!)

Class begins with a few minutes of gentle movement to open up the body and mind. This movement is followed by 30-40 minutes of relaxation with personalized healing sound bath therapy provided by our specialist- Jessie Jo Skala. 

Not only are you supporting your spirit by joining us, but also the furry residents of Higher Ground Animal Sanctuary. Ticket sales support the sanctuary and all of the work they do to provide for animals in need. 

Tea, Coffee & Water will be provided!
